Every coaching business is different. That's why we don't sell rigid packages. Coaches pick the building blocks they need and decide on scope and duration themselves.

No inquiry gets lost in your DMs anymore. Your own website shows what your coaching offers. A questionnaire lets interested people see up front whether it's right for them.
Inquiries and first calls
Nobody waits days for an answer. We answer questions from interested people and hold the first calls, even while you're training, filming or on vacation.
Coaching app
Your clients have everything in one place. Plans, check-ins and messages run through one app that we choose and set up to fit your coaching. If someone can't log in, we help.
Contracts and payments
You never have to chase anyone from your community for money. We handle contracts, direct debits, cancellations and failed payments. With tact, because there's always a person on the other end.
Customer service
Your clients get help fast. Questions about contracts, payments or tech come to us. Your inbox stays free for your coaching.
Billing

Who we are
Coaching Central has been around since 2020, under the name DL Consulting until 2026. We're a permanent, employed team in Germany. Many of us come from sports ourselves: training, nutrition, sports science and sports management.

Our name is in the legal notice and on the invoice of every coaching program we handle. Anyone with a question can reach us directly.
Everyone knows who is looking after them
From the start, clients know who supports them in the coaching and who is messaging them.
Qualified people do the coaching
Everyone who coaches with us has a degree, a trainer license or vocational training in sports or health.
We only promise what coaching can deliver
In everything we're responsible for, there are no guarantees of a certain number of kilos in a certain time. No crash diets either. Health comes first.

Who is Coaching Central, and who is CCTL?
Coaching Central is a service provider for fitness coaches. Behind it is Coaching Central Technologies Ltd., CCTL for short, based in Cyprus. It signs the contracts and bills the coaching programs we support.
Why is your name in the legal notice or on my invoice?
Because we handle contracts, payments, the app and customer service for this coaching program. That makes us your contractual partner. That's why our name is in the legal notice and on the invoice, as it should be.
Who looks after the clients in the coaching?
We decide that individually with each coach. On request, qualified coaches from our team help with client care, permanently or during vacation and sick leave. You'll know from the start who is looking after you.
What does working with us cost?
That depends on which building blocks you need, how much support you want and for how long. After the first call, you get an offer that fits you.
